This birthday guy won a 2017 Oscar for his performanc­e in “Moonlight.” His other film work includes “Hidden Figures,” “Free State of Jones,” and “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 1.” He’s also earned an Emmy nomination for his role as Remy Danton on “House Of Cards.” Ali will star as Detective Hays in the third season of “True Detective.”
