Road closures present triple trouble for drivers
The weekend trouble spots for drivers are at the Turcot Interchange, plus the Honoré-Mercier and Champlain Bridges. Here are the details:
The Honoré-Mercier Bridge ■ will be closed in the direction of Kahnawake (Route 138 West) and traffic will circulate in opposite directions — one lane each way — on the bridge toward Montreal (Route 138 East), from Saturday at 2 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.
The bridge work will also lead ■ to the closures of the Airlie St. entrance to R138 West during the same hours.
TURCOT INTERCHANGE
Closure of Highway 15 North ■ ramp (coming from Champlain Bridge) for Highway 15 North (Décarie) from Friday at 11:59 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.
The La Vérendrye Blvd. entrance ■ will be closed from Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.
Highway 720/R136 West ramp ■
(coming from downtown) to Highway 15 North (Décarie).
Highway 720 East ramp (coming ■ from Lachine) to Highway 15 North (Décarie).
Highway 15 South ramp (Décarie) ■ to Highway 720 East (Ville Marie).
Highway 15 South ramp (Décarie) ■ to Highway 20 West.
Notre-Dame St. between Carillon ■ Ave. and Monk Blvd.
Complete closure of Glen Rd. ■ between St-Antoine and Ste-Catherine Sts.
CHAMPLAIN BRIDGE
Complete closure of Marie Victorin ■ Blvd. eastbound, under the Champlain Bridge, between the exit for Highway 10 East (toward Sherbrooke) and the next entrance, from Friday at 11:59 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m. This includes Route 132 East ramp to Highway 10 West (Champlain Bridge / Montreal).
Complete closure of Highway 10 ■
East ramp (coming from Montreal / Champlain Bridge) to R132 East (toward Longueuil) and Marie Victorin Blvd., from Friday at 10 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m.
