Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, June 3, 2018, in her ninety-fifth year. Beloved wife of Jacques (Simmy Ilovitch) for seventy-four years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Joel Simms and Narleine Thede, Narvin Simms and Holly Botner, Naury Simms and Terri Cutler, Lois and Gary Alexander. Cherished grandma of Gabe Simms and fiancée Amanda Scarborough, Ariel Simms and Lindsay Springer, Zoe Elder; Jared and Cecilia Simms, Erin Simms, Adrianne Rubenstein, Andrew Simms; Naomi Simms and Jeff Pressman, Jesse Simms and Jonathan Assouline; Danielle Alexander and Ross Goldberg, Nichelle Alexander, and Eric Alexander. Proud great-grandmother of Avery Simms; Zale and Naize Simms; Lily; Sammy and Dylan Pressman and Owen Goldberg. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Shirley and Leslie Cuttler, Hilda and the late David (Doodie) Adler, the late Aaron and the late Laura Adler. Predeceased by her husband’s siblings and their spouses, Jack and Florie Ilovitch, Eli and Toddie Ilson, Freda and Ralph Scodnick, Jennie and Dave aeiner, Sarah and Noe Bloomfield.
