Here’s a partial list of what’s open and closed on Thanksgivi­ng Monday.

Federal and provincial government ■ offices in Montreal will be closed.

Montreal city offices will be closed, ■ including borough and Accès Montréal offices. The municipal courthouse on Gosford St. will be closed.

All parking: restrictio­ns and automated

■ parking payment machines remain in effect, as usual.

Canada Post: There will be no mail ■ delivery or collection. However, some postal outlets that are operated by the private sector are open.

Shopping malls: including the

Eaton Centre, Alexis Nihon Plaza, Fairview and Place Montreal Trust, will be open.

SAQ: Most outlets will be open during ■ regular hours.

Public markets: such as Jean-Talon ■ and Atwater, will be open.

Many large supermarke­t chains

■ including Provigo, Maxi and Metro, will be open.

Most banks will be closed.

Boroughs set their own schedule

■ for sports centres, pools, arenas, libraries and cultural centres. Check their websites for details.

The Complexe sportif Claude Robillard ■ will be closed.

The city’s écocentres will be open

■ from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The STM will run on a holiday

■ schedule with modified bus times. Check the changes specific to your route at stm.info.

The Société de Transport de Laval

■ and the Réseau de transport de Longueuil will run on a Saturday schedule.

Commuter trains: The VaudreuilH­udson

■ line run by exo will operate on a Sunday schedule. The five other exo train lines will not operate.
