THE VISION

-

Made up of 11 contemporary buildings built around a carefully landscaped courtyard with a pool, Le Onze de la Gare was designed by the award-winning architecture firm Ruccolo+Faubert to provide residents with stylish, modern living spaces that surpass the highest industry standards. The third and last phase of the project consists of four buildings, each four or five storeys high, two of them finished and the third currently under construction with occupancy for next summer.

Le Onze de la Gare is the largest residential development in the VaudreuilDorion region, and was the first in the area to offer spacious condominiums with urban finishings and services. An outdoor heated saltwater swimming pool, spacious state-of-the-art fitness room, outdoor firepit lounge and private reception hall offer residents an urban oasis in a prime location: across the street from the Vaudreuil Mega Centre with its tremendous choice of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and a convenient five-minute walk to the Vaudreuil commuter train station.

As Maxime Laporte, director of development at Quorum, puts it: “We offer something for everyone, whether you are a first-time homebuyer on a budget, or looking to leave your family home for a new start in a condo with elevator and interior parking. We offer different models corresponding to each client’s specific budget and needs for the stage of life they are in at that moment.”
