In Loving Memory

Thomas Gerald Thompson, 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2020. Loving husband of 63 years to Olive Catherine Brown. Devoted father to Glenn and Kimberley. Cherished grandfather to Chad, Kristol, and Jamie-lee. Father-in-law to Robert. Brother to Ross and his wife Donna.

Tommy Thompson was a well respected and knowledgable business man in real estate who touched the hearts of everyone that had the honour of working with him. Everyone naturally gravitated towards Tommy as he had a special way of making you feel better about yourself. He had an incredible sense of humour and always made you laugh! Throughout his years, he has guided and given advice to many. He took great pleasure in connecting people and helping everyone better themselves in their career. In his earlier years, he was best known for his photography and the historic moments he captured on film. He was one of a kind. A man of class, style, and wit who was full of life and love.

He spent the past year doing everything closest to his heart. This past February, he traveled to Jamaica, his favourite place in the world. He was an extraordinary example of true love to his wife Olive who was diagnosed with Alzheimers and recently living in an Alzheimers facility. Tommy continued his commitment to their great love story and he spent everyday by her side. She was the love of his life and he never failed to let her know. Family was most important to him and he loved bringing everyone together with his outstanding talent in the kitchen.

Tommy will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone who crossed his path.

A celebration of Tommy's life will be announced in the near future.
