Support Key to Hospice Care
Providing care and support to patients and their families are the foundation for Hospice Care. The Board will collect these names and pass them on to the coordinator of the support group. The coordinator will contact you to let you know more information and to communicate the meeting time and place. Hospice Care takes place in an environment where the care approach is holistic and helps families face life-limiting illness with dignity and comfort surrounded by a circle of support. This care can take place in the home, hospital, or in a designated hospice facility.
