YOGA NIDRA with Rita Beth program will take place on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at the Public Library. Yoga Nidra is a technique that is a mix between conscious relaxation and meditative visualizat­ion. Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) can be practiced while seated in a chair. It is a state of deep physical and mental relaxation. The session will be led by Rita Beth who has studied with Brenda Feuerstein, Phd, of Traditiona­l Yoga Studies. Admission is free.
