BOOK CLUB FEATURING THE NOVEL BEFORE I GO TO SLEEP BY S.J. WATSON will take place on Tuesday, November 14, at 7:00pm at the Public Library. The novel is a psychological thriller about a woman suffering from anterograde amnesia. She wakes up every day with no knowledge of who she is and the novel follows her as she tries to reconstruct her memories from a journal she has been keeping. Admission is free. Everyone is welcome.

YA MAKER NIGHT: LITTLEBITS FOR YOUTH ages 10 and up to the library on Wednesday, November 15th at 6:30pm. We will be doing experiments and making creations with little-Bits. MOOSE JAW SUPERANNUATED TEACHERS’ BIMONTHLY DINNER will be held on November 15th at Wood Acres. The Program is by Vicki Wadsworth on Senior Foot Care at 10:30 am with a turkey dinner to follow. KIDS’ SECRET SHOPPING AND SHORTWAVE TO SANTA will be held at the WDM on Saturday, November 25th from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Children 10 and under can do their Christmas shopping with help from the friendly elves. No parents allowed. Children walk out with their gifts wrapped and ready for Christmas morning. All gifts are $15 or less (cash only please). The Moose Jaw amateur Radio Club will be on hand to help the kids speak to Santa at the North Pole via Shortwave Radio.
