Prep Time: 10 min­utes Bake Time: 45 min­utes Yields: 2 serv­ings 1. In a bowl, com­bine all of the in­gre­di­ents. Trans­fer to a greased 1-qt. bak­ing dish. Bake, un­cov­ered, at 425°F for 45-50 min­utes or un­til ten­der, stir­ring twice.
