STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE PIE

2 cups sliced fresh strawberri­es

¼ cup chopped almonds, toasted

1 tbsp sugar

1 graham cracker crust (9 in.)

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 cups cold 2% milk, divided

1 pk (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix

Total Time: 10 min. + chilling Yield: 8 servings

1. In a small bowl, combine the strawberri­es, almonds and sugar. Pour into crust and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add ½ cup of milk. Add dry pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat for 1 minute or until blended, then pour over strawberri­es. Cover and refrigerat­e for 2 hours or until set.
