An investor and government relations specialist, Penny Lipsett spent much of her career in politics and business, moving from Parliament Hill to Xerox Canada to her own consulting practice. She is a member of the board of directors of MBNA Canada, Ontario Place Corporation, the Speed River Track and Field Club (associated with the University of Guelph) and was appointed to the LCBO Board in May 2007.
