FORMER QB’S CALIFORNIA HOME SELLS FOR US$6.8M

-

ESPN analyst and former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer has sold his Saratoga, Calif., home for $6.8 million. The property was listed at $6.998 million and sold in a little more than a month, The Los Angeles Times reports. Dilfer bought the home in 2007, the year after it was built. The twostorey, Spanish style home has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and family rooms on both floors. The rooms are spacious and bright, with plenty of windows. The acre-plus property is beautifully landscaped and has a small vineyard, swimming pool, spa and a bocce ball court. And to keep fuel levels up — there’s an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. Dilfer played 13 NFL seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers. He went to ESPN shortly after he retired from football.
