KUNIS IN BACKLASH OVER DONATIONS IN MIKE PENCE’S NAME

On an episode of Conan last week, actress Mila Kunis, who is an advocate for abortion rights, revealed that she’s been making monthly donations to Planned Parenthood in U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence’s name — who is staunchly pro-life. “I disagreed with some of the stuff that Pence was doing and was trying to do, and so as a reminder that there are women out there in the world that may or may not agree with his platform, I put him on a list of reoccurring donations that are made in his name to Planned Parenthood,” Kunis said. But, naturally, Pence supporters and other pro-lifers took offence, and have, in turn, decided to boycott Jim Beam, the whiskey brand Kunis is a spokesperson for, while also making donations to pro-life organizations in her name.
