Put bikes on side streets

One major change t hat should be implemented is to move bike traffic elsewhere. Bikes should not be allowed on streets that on calm days have several times the level of pollution than side streets.

During busy times, I used the roads in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood to get downtown. They are very pleasant and quiet.
