The Edge on Triangle Park is in the vibrant Liberty Village and Entertainment District neighbourhoods. There’s a lot of demand for the building and the area, says listing agent Elli Davis.

The building has 664 units and was completed in 2015. Lower penthouse Suite 9E sold in one day for 105 per cent of the asking price, she says. “One pre-emptive offer was received on the first day the listing was launched on the MLS. There were 11 showing requests in total.”

She says the price point, high floor, two-bedroom plan, view and parking were among the features that attracted interest.
