Buyers are now looking at homes with a more critical eye. “They’re assessing their ability to offer adequate home office space,” says listing agent Jenny D’uva.
This suite has dedicated office space in the second bedroom. It has custom cabinetry, a gas fireplace and large windows, she says.
“Visitors also responded very favourably to the beautiful wraparound, approximately 375- squarefoot terrace overlooking the courtyard.”
