The exterior has been improved, the bungalow has great curb appeal and the location is terrific, says listing agent Frank Leo.

“There are still some bungalows (in the neighbourhood). A few have been renovated, however most have been renovated/rebuilt into two-storey new homes.”

Leo says there was “quite a bit of interest, primarily from end-users as well as a couple of builders. It has been bought by a first-time homeowner who will renovate it for himself.”

“This is a highly desirable area of North York,” Leo says.
