The queen of talk is amplifying her food empire. Oprah Winfrey has made a “significant” investment in health-centric restaurant chain True Food Kitchen, CNBC reports.

A self-described “healthy, chef driven, seasonal food restaurant,” the rapidly expanding chain has 23 locations in American cities including Atlanta, Chicago,

Dallas and San Diego. Co-founded by integrative medicine specialist

Dr. Andrew Weil, who was a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show, the menu is based “on a set of simple and exhaustively researched principles known as the anti-inflammatory diet.”

Many items are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, and all are customizable, according to the company’s website. Dishes include starters such as kale guacamole, pizzas like fennel chicken sausage, and a poke bowl with wild-caught albacore. Winfrey was reportedly compelled to invest in the string of restaurants after eating there with her trainer, Bob Greene. “I love bringing people together over a good meal,” she said in a statement. “When I first dined at True Food Kitchen, I was so impressed with the team’s passion for healthy eating and, of course, the delicious food, that I knew I wanted to be part of the company’s future.” In addition to her equity investment, CNBC reports, Winfrey will act as a board member and consultant for the brand. “Winfrey’s investment will help the company double its business over the next three years,” True Food Kitchen’s CEO Christine Barone told CNBC. Winfrey’s other food-related interests include a soups-and-sides line in collaboration with Kraft Heinz, and a sizeable stake in Weight Watchers that Fox Business reports is now estimated to be worth US$500 million.
