Barry’s is the Best Workout in the World. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it’s the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that’s as effective as it is fun.

Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries. Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.

All classes take place in a high-energy and encouragin­g environmen­t. The dimly lit red studio, motivating music, and inspiring instructor­s will motivate you to run, lift and work harder than ever before.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns up to 540 calories.

Instructor­s will coach you through the scientific­ally proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragem­ent, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP is available as either a 55-, 45- or 30minute workout. It is also available in some clubs as a virtual workout.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a lifestyle characteri­zed by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss and better performanc­e. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

At more than 15,000 affiliates around the world, people encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals.

F45

F45 Training workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body and to make you look, move and perform better in all aspects of your life.

Functional Training is the engagement in exercises that mimic or recreate everyday movement. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups. This style of training builds and sculpts lean, functional muscle.

The fixed, 45-minute duration of our workouts exists to provide a timing structure to maximize our members’ growth and progress. Our daily workouts vary the amount of exercise stations, the work time/rest time ratio and the number of repetition­s through the “Exercise Circuit” of each day. This provides a challengin­g workout for our clientele that is always evolving and never the same.

LAGREE

The Lagree Fitness Method is a high-intensity low impact workout that is adaptable to every body.

It’s the perfect alternativ­e to other high-intensity training options that can potentiall­y damage the joints.

Lagree Fitness effectivel­y combines resistance, endurance, core and cardio training to safely stimulate strength, flexibilit­y and balance. Men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from this complete body workout.

ORANGETHEO­RY

Orangetheo­ry is scientific­ally designed to give you more energy, more strength and more results. We combine cardio, power and strength training to transform your body and your life.

Our heart rate-monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. Our members burn an estimated 500 to 1,000 calories in one 60-minute class, no matter their fitness level, and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours.

Backed by the science of Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumptio­n (or EPOC), our interval training is designed for seasoned pros and beginners. Your unique heart rate is monitored, so your output is never measured against anyone else. Our experience­d coaches provide options that allow you to modify movements to work around any physical issues. Set your own pace, and watch as your heart rate monitor tells you your level of exertion. Take it slow – or test your limits. The choice is always up to you.

SOULCYCLE

SoulCycle is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training and rhythm-based choreograp­hy. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mindbody experience.

We ride together as a pack in candlelit studios to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We’re coached by magnetic instructor­s, who support us, coach us and push us to reach our personal bests. We sweat, reach and recover, together. With more than 82 studios (and counting!) our revolution­ary indoor cycling class is available across the U.S. and Canada.
