Octopus Books presents the launch of Children of the Broken Treaty: Canada’s Lost Promise and One Girl’s Dream, with Charlie Angus, Janelle Nakogee and Nadine Tookate, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 251 Bank St., second floor, followed by Q& A and author signing.
