Canada’s public health agency has reported this country’s first fetus with “severe neurological congenital anomalies” resulting from the Zika virus. A story on the front page of Friday’s Citizen used the term “baby” in several instances, and may have left an inaccurate impression with readers. The health agency confirmed Friday the child has not yet been born.
