Barcelona signs Neymar to 2021

Barcelona forward Neymar signed a three-year contract extension Friday, tying him to the Spanish champion until 2021. The deal includes a buyout clause that increases from US$217 million in its first year to $240 million in the second and $272 million in the third year. Neymar, 24, has 91 goals in 150 matches, and with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez he helped Barcelona win the Champions League, two Spanish leagues, two Copa del Rey trophies and the Club World Cup.
