537 Browning Ave.

Amsted Design Build Homeowners wanted a comfortable living space, which translated into creating a functional front entrance with enclosed porch, custom bench seating, and mirrored doors. In addition, the dining room wall was torn down, and the kitchen expanded in favour of a modern floor plan.

117 Waverley St.

ARTium Design Build This home’s transformation saw the second floor walls knocked down, and the kitchen relocated. The dramatic focal point is the updated steel staircase, now widened and featuring reclaimed birch treads and stainlesssteel rods to the ceiling.

314 Atlantis Ave.

Lagois Design-Build-Renovate This wartime home was simply not big enough for its young family. Lagois reimagined it as a three bedroom and two-and-a-half bath home, with open concept design and large front porch — perfect for hanging out with neighbours.

1927 Fairmeadow Cres.

RND Construction Originally a dark and dated kitchen, a 185 square-foot addition is an elegant and functional update. The enlarged kitchen includes a window-facing island, and a large window that floods the space with natural light.

14 Zokol Cres.

Gladwin Design-Build-Renovate This renovated basement features a dramatic red wall that creates a stark contrast with the natural gas fireplace. Gladwin crafted dedicated spaces including home theatre, games area, bar, fitness studio, and powder room.
