Amsted Design Build Homeowners wanted a comfortable living space, which translated into creating a functional front entrance with enclosed porch, custom bench seating, and mirrored doors. In addition, the dining room wall was torn down, and the kitchen expanded in favour of a modern floor plan.

ARTium Design Build This home’s transformation saw the second floor walls knocked down, and the kitchen relocated. The dramatic focal point is the updated steel staircase, now widened and featuring reclaimed birch treads and stainlesssteel rods to the ceiling.
