Cameron offers to fill in as a drummer for Dylan’s band, and Jay and Gloria suffer the consequenc­es when they take Manny to a traumatizi­ng horror movie. NCIS (39) 7pm After investigat­ing the murder of a retired Master Sergeant, the team uncovers a fraudulent charity that preys on those searching for missing military personnel. Meanwhile, Bishop agonizes over the results of her probation evaluation. The Goldbergs (47) 7pm When Barry receives his first driver’s licence, Beverly lays out the rules about using the car, including the most important: ‘Call me when you get there!’ After Barry disobeys his mother and gets in trouble, he decides to lie about his whereabout­s. Wipeout (51) 7pm Lean and mean cuisine is on the menu as Italian delights and pizza projectile­s are served up on a cafeteria-themed Spinner. Contestant­s, including a rock star and math whiz, also face the Moving Big Balls and Hoop Run on this week’s episode. The Simpsons (59) 7pm Homer is diagnosed with narcolepsy, but instead of returning home with his prescripti­on medication, he returns home drunk. He and Marge visit a marriage counsellor and have a trial separation, during which Homer begins dating a 20-something. As Cookie and Portia attempt to sign Devon, who has just the sound they’re looking for, Andre tries to prove himself useful to Lucious on the business side of things. Bravest Warriors (48) 8pm While Chris struggles to make it home in time for the feast of Wanksgivin­g, the other Warriors prepare to create new holiday traditions. When a Timegobble­r kills the Bravest Warriors, they find themselves restored to an earlier “save point.” The Night Shift (18) 9pm After performing a daring on-site rescue to save a teenage girl, Drew is forced to re-evaluate his priorities as a new father. Back at the hospital, the ER is flooded with mass casualty victims from an amusement park disaster. All American (62) 9pm While trying to be all things on and off the field, Spencer discovers the rules he played by at Crenshaw no longer apply in Beverly Hills. Meanwhile, best friends Max and Lainey’s co-dependent relationsh­ip begins to wane after Max finds a new group of people to hang out with. Chicago P.D. And tonight’s punishment takes the cake when the loser is the surprise entertaine­r at the wrong party. Chicago Fire (9) 9pm When a series of explosions rocks the city, Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and his colleagues at Firehouse 51 are on high alert in a new episode of “Chicago Fire,” airing Wednesday, Oct. 17, on NBC. At the same time, Herrmann (David Eigenberg) adjusts to his new role, and an old friend visits Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo).
