Let’s work it out

There’s no shortage of feel-good content on social media right now, and there’s plenty of time to consume it all, but to feel good we definitely recommend getting off your butt and out of bed. Perhaps you’ve bought a bunch of new weights and kettlebells t

RUNNING START

We’re not really into new dresses and fancy fashion at the moment, though we’re sure we’ll get there soon. For now, though, we’re into anything comfortable and practical that still feels fun and cool; pieces like these Nike React Infinity Run Flyknits. The neat little graphic detail at the heel also adds a digital, high-tech feel about them, and we are most definitely grateful for technology these days.

COLLABORATION NATION

Just in time for social distancing, Goop has collaborated with American brand Proenza Schouler on its latest G. Sport drop. Just as you’d expect, the limited-edition, seven-piece collection fuses high fashion with high function and marks the design duo’s first foray into activewear. Pieces have been selling quickly, though this double-layer midi sports bra, which has a sexy, ventilating mesh underband and double crossback straps, is still available online — for now.

FIT TO A TEE

You can always use another good, perfect-fit T-shirt, and this one is moisture-wicking and super comfy to boot. It also comes in navy, black, and white, and works equally well as a light gym layer as it does thrown on in a hurry for your 9 a.m. Zoom.

WALKING ON SUNSHINE

We could all use an extra shot of happy energy right now, which is precisely what wearing super bright colours can do. Enter this mood-boosting,

All Yours cropped hoodie. Made of super soft stretch French terry, it’s the perfect warm-up and cool-down style, and great for short trips to the grocery store for essentials, too.

SHORT STORY

Launched earlier this year, the Sport Utility Wear collection from Uniqlo is about pieces that move seamlessly from studio to street, which sounds just about perfect for right now.

We’re loving these Airism lightweight biker shorts, which also come in heather purple and charcoal grey; team them with a tank top for an at-home training or spin session, if you’re lucky enough to own a Peloton, then throw on a sweatshirt for solo outdoor hikes.
