Our pie combines sweet, juicy peaches with lemon, ginger and vanilla for a tasty dessert that pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream.

Our flaky buttermilk pastry makes this pie an extra special treat, but a pre-made pie crust can also be used to save time and effort.

Canning your own salsa allows you to lock in the flavours of summer for colder days and also makes an excellent hostess gift. Fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and garlic are blended with other seasonings for this spicy condiment. This recipe can be multiplied to help you preserve your garden haul.
