Little Victories Coffee

-

Little Victories Coffee, an independent specialty coffee roaster and café, changed gears when the pandemic hit Ottawa. Co-owners Andy Bassett and Jeremie Thompson knew they didn’t want to go the Plexiglas route, altering the esthetic of the beautiful Bank Street shop, or have to dramatically restrict the number of clients they could serve in a day, clogging up the sidewalk in front of the storefront.

Bassett and Thompson have operated the stylish, popular coffee shop in the heart of the Glebe for over two years and planned to open a second location on Elgin Street before COVID-19 hit. Since March the pair have been busy retrofitting a shipping container into a stylish takeout window tucked in behind their 801 Bank St. coffee shop.

The outdoor takeout café opened in mid-June. They plan to keep serving delicious cups of coffee and tasty snacks from North & Navy over the summer, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
