A note about the numbers: Walk Score is a patented measure of the walkabilit­y of a location. For each address, Walk Score analyzes hundreds of walking routes to nearby amenities and awards points based on the distance to amenities. Transit Score is a patented measure of how well a location is served by public transit, which uses existing transit lines to calculate the relative usefulness of nearby routes; while the current scores do not take into account future transit links, in the case of Confederat­ion Line, many stations will be located on existing lines.
