Fresh BC Talent Quest coming soon

Dear Editor: With everyone lapsing into the Christmas “rush”, just a reminder of Fresh BC Talent Quest Seasons 5 upcoming ‘new and exciting’ season starting with our performers and songwriters workshop.

The songwriters workshop features Royalty Records (Sony Canada) artists Robyn & Ryleigh, country artists and songwriting duo as well; RCA recording artist David Wills of Stonebolt, lead singer and songwriter. There’s a meet and greet with artists, photo-ops and refreshments to follow the songwriters presentation at the Sandman Hotel on Saturday, Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m..

Songwriters workshop tickets are $15 per person and available at Sandman Hotel front desk and the workshop is open to all singer/songwriters (all ages) and the public.

New this year is we are looking for artists for our art ‘logo’ design contest for our merchandising of hats, scarves, hoodies, etc. It’s free to enter and open to ages 9 years and up. Talent Quest merchandise proceeds are in support of our talent quest shows. More details on how to enter can be found on our website. Season 5 Talent Quest performers and online registrations will be ongoing up to Jan. 12. Open to ages 9 - 18 years and all acts and skill levels are welcomed.
