Sayeed is the vote-splitter

-

Dear Editor:

We live just down the hall from an extremely intelligent, 82-yearold gentleman. This man is very respected for his work on building, in Alberta, a recycling plant for aerosol cans .

We’ve been know to have rather lively debates. Last night it was vote splitting. We pointed out that this country does not have a two party system. We have choices.

The Heralds’ poll showed Dan, then Connie and last Tarik, in the all candidates forum at the Lakeside Resort.

So, is Tarik Sayeed splitting the vote ?

Take the issue surrounding Sayeed and Skaha Lake Park.Add his dubious statement that he is an accidental politician. Now add, the justifiable distrust that goes along with Sayeed’s statements. Look at the poll. Looks like Sayeed is the vote splitter. Better vote Green, if you do not want Dan and the Liberals.

Something else our private little debate brought forward was, as the “green” kid on the block, Connie will work harder to prove herself .

We ended on agreeing that Elizabeth May, as the only Green in Ottawa, is highly respected and brings different values to the table and that Green have picked up a huge amount of support.

We told our wonderful neighbour , anyone who could make Dan Aston levitate off his chair, at the all candidates forum, had our vote.

Dan was giving Connie a piece of his mind, during Sayeed’s question and answer time. Connie stood up, when called to answer her question, and told Dan, if he had a problem with her, she would appreciate it, if he would talk to her at the end of the forum not during.

That woman doesn’t take guff from anyone. Connie Sahlmark has our vote.
