Unnecessary panic caused

Dear Editor: Promoting immanent claustrophobic global warming caused individuals, families, provinces and national distress. The concept along with the introduction of carbon taxation, raised basic utility bills, disrupted or stopped pipeline construction, fractured the recent B.C. election, damaged faith in governing leadership, among a host of other societal issues.

Global cool and warm cycles have been experienced by Canadians, of 60 years plus, many times the cycles are normal occurrences, common over thousands of years. A cool cycle is now in play.

By strongly promoting global warming as something that requires immediate reduction fossil fuel usage; Prime Minister Trudeau has and is creating harm to overall Canadian life.

Unless the following two Nobel Laureate’s can be proven wrong, Canada’s wisdom should drop the carbon taxing of basic family needs and providing the taxation revenues are needed, rename carbon tax to Infrastructure Tax. In reading NASA on global warming includes; may, probably 95 per cent. I did not read one straight forward global warming phrase.
