The poop on bacteria

-

Dear Editor: The District of Summerland is now planning to receive 25 trucks per day of sewage, human feces, and sludge from many communities in the Okanagan and deposit it in our landfill.

The human feces sludge will be kept upstream and very close to our water treatment plant.

The bacteria from the human feces sludge can be carried by rain water, snow water and the air into the drinking water.

We must stop this! Peter Kosh Summerland
