Game-changer wine glasses
Cookbook
Rod Butters, the chef behind Raudz Regional Table and Micro Bar & Bites in Kelowna and Terrafina restaurant at Hester Creek Winery in Oliver, held a garden party at his house this week to launch his cookbook.
The Okanagan Table: The Art of Everyday Home Cooking features 270 pages and 80 illustrated recipes using local ingredients that were developed, tested and photographed right in his home kitchen.
Highlights are the oat-crusted Arctic char that’s been a staple on the menu at Raudz for years and spring-pea soup.
There’s also a suggested Okanagan wine or cocktail pairing for every dish.
