Wilden unveils another Parade of Showhomes
The Parade includes the Wilden Presentation Centre and the Showhome of each builder, AuthenTech Homes, Chatham Homes, Fawdry Homes and Rykon Construction

On Oct. 15 from 1-5 p.m., Wilden Construction Corp. and Blenk Development Corp along with the four Select Wilden Builders will celebrate the grand opening of the fifth Wilden Parade of Showhomes.
The Parade includes the Wilden Presentation Centre and the Showhome of each builder, AuthenTech Homes, Chatham Homes, Fawdry Homes and Rykon Construction.
Fourteen Years ago, in 2003, the same teams opened up the first Parade of Showhomes in Wilden together.
Ever since then, they have been true to their word to build a new set of showhomes every few years.
This makes Wilden the only development outside of the Lower Mainland to keep offering their customers fresh building ideas and home trends to experience in a real-life, walk-through setting on a regular basis.
The new Parade of Showhomes is located in Wilden’s spectacular lakeview neighbourhood — Rocky Point — and is the first parade that has all five homes in a row.
You can enjoy an open view through all the backyards and easily promenade from one home to the next.
According to current trends, there has been a clear focus on outdoor living when designing these homes: pools, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and lounging areas encourage an intense open-air lifestyle as it is typical here in the Okanagan Valley.
Front- and backyards also showcase stunning new ideas in water features and a variety of plants that are drought and deer resistant.
