Thanks for such amazing support

Dear Editor: I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following businesses and people who helped make my fundraiser for Cancer research at B.C. Children's Hospital on Sept. 16 such a success.

To James Miller for the write-ups in the Penticton Herald; to Alan Gee of EZ Rock 800 AM for promoting my fundraiser on the radio; to the excellent team members from the Fraternal Order of Eagles who live by our motto “people helping people,” especially Robt. Trask Sr., president of the aerie; and aerie and auxiliary members who helped set up tables and with the preparation of the meal prior to the entertainment by Elvis tribute Darrell Douglas and pop/country singer Terri Bremner.
