• New Year’s Eve at the Copper Mug Pub with rock and rollers the Timbre Wolves.Tickets are $25 per person and include a meal (choice of steak, stuffed chicken or vegetarian pasta). Supper is from 6 to 8 p.m. and dancing shortly after. Tickets available at the Copper Mug 250-493-2842.

• New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball at The Elite. DJ music, dancing, free appetizers, drink specials and champagne at midnight. Tickets $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Doors at 8 p.m.

• Tiger Alley’s New Years Bootlegger­s’ Ball at Craft Corner Kitchen. Dinner and the party is $130, dinner (five-course meal) only is $80 and party only is $50. The prohibitio­n-inspired event features dancing and a DJ, performanc­es by Coco Cabaret, Little Miss Moonshine, Boundless Bellydance adn Lou Lou No Good and live music by Leila Neverland and the Old Town Jazz Ensemble.
