Oliver Council gives its OKs for a 4-plex

-

Town council in Oliver approved a trio of development variance permits this week, including one for a new 28-unit multi-family project.

That work will see seven four-plexes go up at Oliver Landing 210 Co-op Ave., where multiple setback variances were required.

Meanwhile, council also green-lighted phased construction and reduced parking stall requirements for a renovation at Kiwanis Manor at 6012 Kootenay St. that will ultimately result in a new kitchen, dining room , elevator, offices and two living units, while the owner of 6590 Bluegrass St. received a setback variance to build a new carport.
