“In designing the West Tower, we’re taking our cues from what’s been clearly been most in-demand so far. When the West Tower is offered for sale in coming weeks, prices will start in the low $300,000 range. About half the homes will be priced under $500,000, including one-bedroom-and-den floor plans that have also been popular with buyers.”
In addition to this selection and affordability, balconies in the East Tower will be larger. “We know outdoor living is important for people who live in the Okanagan, that’s why we’re making sure to include grand balconies in the West Tower plan,” says Leonard Kerkhoff, vice-president of Kerkhoff Construction.
