Results from Giants Head Run and Man of Steel
Another big turnout of participants for the Giants Head Run and the Man of Steel Triathlon at the 36th annual Summerland Action Festival on Saturday.
The Giants Head Run had 420 athletes combined taking part in the 5K and 10K events.
There were 102 participants in the Man of Steel — a staged triathlon with swimming, biking and running segments held during the course of the day starting at 7 a.m. The Giant’s Head Run served as the run segment for the triathlon.
The following are the winners in each category of the Giant’s Head and Man of Steel competitions:
