Invite to new men’s group

Dear editor: We are writing to announce the formation of The Men’s Health and Support Group, Penticton.

The group’s mission: In a group environment offer a confidential, supportive and safe, non-judgmental environment where men may discuss their personal health issues with other men who are facing health issues.

To promote: Community awareness regarding men’s issues. To help support men in learning to communicate and understand aging and health issues and understand symptoms.

The Men’s Health and Support Group is devoted to: Honouring men as they face the challenges of aging and health issues. We are devoted to open conversation and promote working with health professionals to educate for compassion, mutual respect, and the celebration of our common humanity.
