The Art of Friendship: Canadian Mental Health Associatio­n Alberta Southeast Region This 8 session course provides a group support environmen­t where adults with a mental health issue can further their health and well-being by reducing isolation and building social skills. Learn the skills of friendship building, meet new people, and learn about recovery and wellness. Funding for this program provided by the Community Foundation of Southeaste­rn Alberta. Joined by collaborat­ive artists Elaine Dobek-Shandro and Con Shandro, you’ll hear works by Marcussen, Bach, Paganini, Bartok, Halvorsen, and more!
