Daughter torpedoes Madonna-Penn rumours
The Sean Penn-Madonna rematch I told you about yesterday? Don’t take it seriously, Sean’s daughter Dylan advises Entertainment Tonight.
She says the two are — all together now — “just really good friends” but not hooking up.
“She’s incredible,” Dylan says of her ex-stepmother, or whatever the relationship is. (Not that, I guess: Dylan, whose mom is Robin Wright, was born in 1991, well after Madge and Sean got divorced. So I guess she’d be Madonna’s “pre-birth ex-stepdaughter” which I doubt is even a thing. Never mind.)
Anyway, Dylan says Madonna is “50-something years old, and she’s doing it like she’s 20 … I think he just really admires her work.”
Madonna is 57. Sean is 55. Dylan is 24. It could be worse, they could love slugs: Zooey Deschanel and husband Jacob Pechenik have revealed the name of their daughter, born last July: Elsie Otter Pechenik.
Otter? Well, “we both love otters,” Zooey said on Tuesday’s Today show. “They’re really sweet and they’re also smart … they hold hands while they sleep. There are so many amazing things about otters.”
She’s 35. Pleading poverty: Tennis pro Ryan Sweeting has assets worth about $2 million U.S., but he’s asking for spousal support from Kaley Cuoco, now that she’s ended their 20-month marriage.
Kaley is worth maybe $45 million, and there is a prenup, but still, Ryan is demanding support — and that she pay his lawyers’ bills.
What? The guy can’t make his own living? Maybe not. He hasn’t won a tournament since 2011, and he’s currently ranked No. 1,157 in the world. Maybe he does need some income.
He’s 28. She’s 29.
