Fire up the grill and fire up your appetite for our Fire-Roasted Pepper Bruschetta. Roasting the peppers on the grill gives them a nice smoky flavour that you just can’t get from the jar. The roasted peppers are tossed in a simple balsamic vinaigrett­e and fresh garlic, then spread on thick slices of crusty bread and sprinkled with fresh Parmesan.

Thick, juicy grilled rib-eye steaks are the “red” in our Grilled Steak with Blue Cheese Cream. While a good steak will stand on its own, you will love our tangy and creamy blue cheese cream, which combines blue cheese with sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcesters­hire and a pinch of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat.

Our Warm Cherry Tomatoes with Goat Cheese is a simple side dish that highlights this summer vegetable. The tomatoes are gently warmed on a pan with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, bringing out its natural sweetness. Basil is a classic partner for tomatoes, while goat cheese brings excitement to the dish beyond the usual mozzarella or bocconcini.
