The South Saskatchew­an Youth Orchestra presents its annual Christmas Brunch and Concert at the Conexus Arts Centre on Sunday at 11 a.m. The concert will close with a festive singalong. The Jewelry Artists Guild will hold a sale on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre, 2420 Elphinston­e St. It features high quality, original handmade jewelry made by local artists. Free admission.

The Regina Floral Conservato­ry is extending its hours during the holiday season with the Winter Wonderland display. It will be open from 1 to 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, 19 and 20. Apple cider will be served at no charge.

The Saskatchew­an dachshund Club is hosting its first children’s Christmas party plus trade show on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at 1530 Broadway Ave.

There will be shopping available from 15 local vendors, raffles, 50/50 tickets, games, crafts, face painting and balloon animals. Santa will be there for photos with the kids as well.

Admission for kids is $2 while adults are free.

Money raised will help dachshunds in need while in the club’s care.

Currently two dogs are in care and will be at the event for people to meet. No other pets are allowed.
