Boundaries and Bucket-Finding, by Lisa Driver.

-

When was the last time you did something nice for yourself ? When you take a look at your “To Do” list, how many of the items on it are fulfilling, exciting, and focused on you?

Far too many of us tend to have a long list of priorities focused on helping others. If you are a nurturer, you love to help those around you, but this can sometimes come at the cost of your own happiness as you put your own needs, wishes, dreams, and desires on the back burner. You likely find your energetic bucket empty at the end of most days.

As an entrepreneur, wife, colleague, and new mom, finding balance is sometimes a struggle for me, so I wrote this guidebook in the hopes of inspiring and teaching others like you and reminding myself that I cannot be everything to everyone.

Boundaries and Bucket-Filling is the third book in a series of three semi-autobiographical spiritual guidebooks, following the award-winning Opening Up: How to Develop Your Intuition & Work with Your Angels and Leap! How to Overcome Doubt, Fear, and Grief & Choose the Path of Joy.

All three books are brimming with simple exercises and guided meditations and visualizations that I created and use on a regular basis.

Boundaries and Bucket-Filling will help you prioritize, find balance, and feel confident enough to say “no” when needed. Whether you need help navigating some of the tricky relationships in your life or you need guidance as you try to figure out just what it is that would make you happy, this book will give you the courage and permission to fill your bucket, knowing that those who love you will support your decision to say “yes” to you.

As you do so, you will feel lighter, happier, and will be in the right mindset to create and enjoy more of all the good things this life has to offer.

So go ahead, put your feet up and relax for a bit. Maybe grab a good book (I’ve got a few I can recommend) and take some time for yourself – you deserve it!

Boundaries and Bucket-filling is available at www.driverworks.ca or www. above540.com and your favourite bookstores.
