JUICY COUTURE Viva La Juicy Soirée Eau de Parfum

They say: An updated take on the classic Viva La Juicy fragrance, this iteration incorporates notes of pink kiwi and sparkling mandarin to freshen up the musky notes of Indian sambac, jasmine and wood.

We say: Diehard fans of the original Viva La Juicy elixir will likely love this scent. The sparkling notes add a nice new scent element to the fragrance, without altering the original perfume too dramatically. New fragrance fans will find a pretty perfume that packs a long-wearing punch. $115 for 100 mL | Hudson’s Bay

CERAVE Moisturizing Cream

They say: A dermatologistdeveloped body cream featuring three essential ceramides to provide skin with longlasting moisture and comfort. Suitable for normal to dry skin.

We say: This hydrating cream may not come in the sexiest jar, but its fabulous results had our tester looking past the clinical design. A small amount of the soothing formula goes a long way to soften skin. With regular use, skin is soft and supple — even winter-cracked heels. It has become our tester’s secret weapon for keeping her feet smooth in between pedicures. $22.99 | Well.ca; Walmart

BIOSSANCE Squalane Peptide Eye Gel

They say: It reduces the appearance of dark circles, reduces the look of puffiness, reduces the look of sagginess and “crepiness” and reduces the appearance of those age old standards of fine lines and wrinkles. The key ingredient in the clean beauty products is squalene, a moisturizing molecule created from sugarcane.

We say: Our tester is a sucker for the eye cream/gel/serum ritual and this product did not disappoint. A small amount of the eye gel goes a long way and it instantly is absorbed. The natural plant-derived retinol alternative did reduce puffiness and filled in some of those pesky fine lines. The ingredients list is heavy on the natural side — there are even stem cells from Swiss apples. Who doesn’t want to take a bite out of that? $95 | Sephora
