We can always count on the incredibly crafted and whimsical garments that swan down the couture runways to take our breath away. But this spring, some of the simple haute hairstyles creatively adorned with accessories really made us take note. One of our favourite hair looks worth mastering was at Francesco Scognamiglio, where slicked-back buns were completely transformed with a mosaic of gold barrettes. With basic metallic clips lined up along the back, dead centre on the part, or right along the hairline, no two models’ updos looked the same. The pins also added knockout edge to Scognamiglio’s opulently decorated gowns.
