Over 600 of Toronto’s finest tastemakers flocked to Rebel Entertainment Complex for the launch of Sharp: The Book for Men’s spring/summer 2018 issue. As the perfect kickoff to an action-packed evening, Genesis Motors exhibited the power of its G70 and G80 sport models with pedal-tothe-metal thrill rides through a hair-raising racetrack. Once safely inside, VIPs were treated to spritzes of Prada’s Luna Rossa Carbon fragrance, while the experts at Barber & Co, Electric Hairdressing London, and Walter’s Shoe Care kept them looking polished. Cocktails were flowing courtesy of Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy, Glenmorangie, and Ace Hill, while Fiji Water and our friends at 10tation Event Catering provided H2O and hors d’oeuvres. But the fun didn’t stop there. Exactly one week later, Sharp Magazine took the festivities west for its first-ever Vancouver launch party. At Rocky Mountaineer Station, a welldressed crowd came together for a night of delicious cocktails (the stars behind the bar: Glenmorangie, Belvedere Vodka, and Hennessy) and fast rides (thanks again, Genesis). For Vancity guests wanting a quick touch-up, a pop-up barbershop run by Crows Nest was on deck, with Prada on standby. Rugby-inspired tailoring brand Aedelhard also introduced the athletic bunch to its new performance blazer while offering everyone a chance to kick back in its billiards lounge. While in town the Sharp team stayed at the uber-chic the DOUGLAS Hotel. The two events drew over a 1000 distinguished guests.
