Student found with knife
A 17-year-old boy is charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace after allegedly brandishing a hunting knife at a Saskatoon high school.
City police were called to Walter Murray Collegiate Wednesday around 11:15 a.m., after a teacher saw a student in possession of a knife and alerted school administration, police said. No one was injured. The teen was taken into custody. He was scheduled to appear before a justice of the peace on Wednesday night.
